LIBERIA
Liberia is located on the Atlantic side in West Africa. It is a country of 3.2 million people, devastated by 14 years of civil war. World of God is working in the city of Gbarnga, about 4 hours East of the capital, Monrovia. Gbarnga has a population of 50,000, and we are specifically working with a Methodist Mission Station supporting a school with over 1,000 students.
HAITI Haiti is the poorest country in the Western
Hemisphere with a population of over 8 million, most of whom are living in extreme poverty. Bayonnais is located in the mountains, a five hour drive from the capital, Port au Prince. The rural region around Bayonnais has a population of 80,000. Our partners at OFCB ministries provide school for 1,600 students, the only school available in Bayonnais.
